Introducing eLayaway!

The smart and easy way to pay that offers ZERO interest, flexible payment terms and no credit checks.

STEP 1: Choose the item you want and click on the “LAYAWAY NOW” button.

STEP 2: Select your payment schedule using the pop-up payment calculator and click on the “eLayaway Now” button. 

STEP 3: Create an eLayaway account (it’s FREE to join) by clicking on the “Register” button and completing the customer information form or log in if you are already an eLayaway member.

STEP 4: Review the details of your purchase and agree to the terms and conditions.  Click on the “Confirm” button to complete the transaction and submit your order.

GoldandDiamond.com will receive your request and monitor your progress.  Payments are automatically drafted from the US checking account entered during the registration process.  Your item will be shipped once all payments have been made.

Customers participating in the GoldandDiamond.com Layaway Program agree to the following conditions:

Payment: Payments will be automatically drafted from the US checking account on record for that customer. 

Cancellation Fees: Customers can cancel their layaway at any time. There will be a handling charge of 10% of the total purchase price plus $25 for all cancellations.

Missed Payments: If a monthly payment is missed, an e-mail will be sent verifying whether or not the customer would like to continue the layaway. If the reply is yes and a payment can be successfully drafted from their account, the layaway will continue with no penalty. If the reply is no, or if there is no reply within 15 days of notification, the layaway will be cancelled, and the layaway payments will be refunded less any cancellation fees.
