In-Store Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, just return it within 10 days of original purchase date for a refund. Exchanges are valid for 30 days for exchange from original date of purchase.*

Online Returns, Replacements, or Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return it within 14 days from the original date of receipt for replacement, exchange or full credit (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Misprints / Pricing Errors/ Online Discounts

It is never our intent to advertise with incorrect pricing or information, and we make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of the prices and information on our site. However, mistakes can and do happen. We are not responsible for errors and reserve the right to correct them. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed due to any pricing error.

In accordance to common law, when an order is placed online, it is not a binding agreement until the order is shipped. In the event there is a pricing error, we will either contact you with the correct information or cancel the order. Gold & Diamond Source will ONLY honor pricing errors where the item is shipped prior to the error's discovery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2nd Business Day

(Add $10.00) If your item(s) are in stock, delivery within two business days on orders placed and received by 2:00 pm (EST) Monday thru Friday.

Next Day (Add $25.00) If your item(s) are in stock, next day delivery for orders placed and received before 2:00 pm (EST) Monday thru Thursday.

Shipping to a Address Different Than Your Billing Address-Online Orders Only

For your protection and ours, we will confirm that your credit card has your alternate shipping address on file along with your billing address. To help expedite your online order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
